If you are experiencing domestic abuse and need a safe place to stay, Precision Acres can assess whether we are able to provide emergency or supported accommodation, alongside practical support to help you begin rebuilding your life.

We understand that leaving an abusive situation can be one of the most difficult decisions you will ever make. Our team aims to provide a safe, respectful and confidential service where every person is treated with dignity and compassion. 

What is Domestic Abuse?

Many people think domestic abuse is only physical violence, but it can also include:
 

  • Physical abuse

  • Emotional abuse

  • Psychological abuse

  • Coercive and controlling behaviour

  • Financial abuse

  • Sexual abuse

  • Digital abuse

  • Stalking and harassment
     

Domestic abuse is about power and control. It is never your fault and support is available.

Who Can Refer?

Precision Acres accepts referrals from Local Authority Housing Teams, Adult and Children’s Social Services, and their approved partner organisations.
​
Referrals should be made by people who are supporting an individual experiencing domestic abuse, homelessness, or another housing crisis and who have completed an initial assessment of their needs.
​
Our team will review each referral to ensure our accommodation and support services are appropriate for the individual’s circumstances and current level of need.
 
Acceptance is subject to eligibility, risk assessment and accommodation availability.
