Finding a home shouldn’t be hard.

Finding safe accommodation starts with the right support.

If you’re experiencing homelessness, are at risk of losing your home, leaving an unsafe environment, or require supported accommodation, Precision Acres works with local authorities and partner agencies to help people access safe, suitable housing.

Our accommodation is provided through a professional referral process to ensure everyone receives the right level of housing and support for their individual needs.

What we do.

How to Access Our Accommodation

Precision Acres does not operate a public walk-in housing service.

To access our accommodation, you should first speak with one of the following:

  • Your Local Authority Housing Team

  • Adult Social Care

  • Children’s Social Care

  • Domestic Abuse Services

  • Homelessness Prevention Teams

  • Other approved referral partners

These organisations will assess your circumstances and, where appropriate, submit a referral to Precision Acres on your behalf.

Our referral process

Step 1: Speak with your Local Authority Housing Team, Social Worker or approved support organisation.

Step 2: Your support worker completes a referral and provides the relevant assessment information.

Step 3: Precision Acres reviews the referral, risk information and accommodation availability.

Step 4: If appropriate accommodation is available and your needs match our service, we’ll contact your referring organisation to progress the placement.

Step 5: Once accepted, we’ll work alongside your referring agency to help you settle into accommodation and access ongoing support.
